Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in similar field.
Strong understanding of hospitality and knowledge of specialty coffee.
Must have good barista experice.

Oversee day-to-day front of house operations opening, closing and service flow.
Lead, train and roster a small FOH tea
Manage stock, till reconciliation and daily cash/POS handling
daily monitoring sales performance and labour cost, and report on service issues.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations.
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
