The Role
This is a Casual position requiring a mix of autonomy and collaboration. You’ll be the face of our values, ensuring every participant feels safe, respected, and supported.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Providing essential support with daily living activities, hygiene, and grooming with dignity.
- Community Engagement: Accompanying participants to social outings and activities, helping them crush their personal goals.
- Independence: Working autonomously to maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment.
- Documentation: Keeping the "admin" side sharp with accurate, timely progress notes.
What You’ll Need (Must-Haves)
To hit the ground running with us, you must have the following ready to go:
- Checks: A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check (WWCC), and a recent National Police Check.
- Safety First: Current First Aid & CPR Certificates.
- Experience: Previous experience in the Disability or Aged Care sectors is essential.
- On the Road: A valid Australian Driver’s Licence and a reliable, insured vehicle.
