Cafe Manager
We’re looking for a confident, energetic and people-focused Cafe Manager to take the lead and help make our cafe a place that staff love working in and customers love coming back to.
This isn’t a job where you’ll be sitting in the office all day. You’ll be on the floor, leading from the front, keeping the team moving and making sure every shift runs like clockwork.
You’ll be responsible for bringing the best out of the team, maintaining high service standards, keeping operations running smoothly and creating an environment where great hospitality comes naturally.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading, motivating and developing the cafe team
- Running smooth and efficient day-to-day operations
- Maintaining consistently high standards of coffee, food and customer service
- Managing staff performance, training and day-to-day team culture
- Handling busy periods with calmness, confidence and a sense of humour
- Ensuring the cafe is clean, organised and always looking its best
- Solving problems as they arise and keeping the team focused
Who we’re looking for
You’re someone who takes ownership. You notice the little things.
You’ll ideally have cafe or hospitality management and barista experience but more importantly, you’ll have energy, initiative, strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Pay: $33.32 – $38.78 per hour
