In this role, you'll:
Join a high performing team delivering SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management solutions across Transport for NSW. You will shape outcomes that improve information access, compliance and data driven decision making.
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design of SAP EAM solutions, including, integration and data models, to support complex business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and develop implementation roadmaps for SAP EAM projects.
- Work closely with the functional architects to ensure adherence to Transport and SAP architectural standards.
- Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership to ensure alignment between SAP programs and broader ICT Strategy.
- Coordinate cross-program designs and manage solution risks and issues.
- Lead solution design to meet business and stakeholder needs, maintaining alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Drive system rationalization, integration, and efficiency to meet business requirements.
- Specialize in SAP Solution architecture for large-scale business transformational programs, particularly in SAP transformations.
- Possess proven experience in Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) and familiarity with Asset Information Standards and Asset Classification Structures.

About you
- Extensive knowledge and experience in large and complex business transformational programs.
- Proven experience as an SAP EAM solution Architect or similar role, with a track record of successful SAP implementations in large, complex environments.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP EAM and related processes, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform, and integration technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP Data Services).
- SAP certification(s) (e.g., SAP Certified EAM Application Architect) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Asset Information Standards and Asset Classification Structures.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-program designs and coordinate architecture functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to provide strategic guidance and technical leadership.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining domain management frameworks.
- Experience in driving system rationalization, integration, and efficiency.
