About the Practice
National Dental Care Rowville has been proudly caring for the local community for well over a decade, providing personalised dental care to individuals and families across Rowville, Lysterfield, Endeavour Hills, Scoresby, Ferntree Gully and Knoxfield.
This modern 4-chair practice is conveniently located within a full-service medical centre alongside physiotherapy, pathology, osteopathy and general medical services, providing a collaborative healthcare environment. The practice is also supported by an on-site specialist oral surgeon for more complex cases.
About the Role
This is a permanent opportunity offering 2–4 days per week. While we are flexible based on the successful candidate's availability, preference will be given to dentists available to work across Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and/or Saturday.
We're seeking a clinician with at least five years of clinical experience who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care while building long-term patient relationships within the local community.
What You Will Be Doing:

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and develop evidence-based treatment plans.

Deliver high-quality general dentistry in accordance with Australian professional, legal and ethical standards.

Perform a broad range of dental procedures within your scope of practice.

Educate and support patients in making informed decisions about their oral health and treatment options.

Build lasting relationships through compassionate, personalised patient care.

Collaborate closely with an experienced team of dentists, dental assistants and reception staff to deliver an outstanding patient experience.

Maintain accurate, compliant clinical records and documentation.

Contribute to a positive team culture and support the continued growth and success of the practice.
About You:

A patient-focused clinician committed to delivering outstanding clinical care.

Minimum 5 years' experience practising as a Dentist.

Strong diagnostic, treatment planning and clinical decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.

A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a supportive practice environment.

Committed to ongoing professional development and clinical excellence.
Qualifications & Experience

Current (or eligible) AHPRA registration as a Dentist.

Demonstrated experience across all aspects of general dentistry.

Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.

Experience or interest in areas such as Invisalign®/clear aligners, cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, oral surgery or other recognised special interest areas will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
