We are looking for an experienced Service Administrator to join our team based in Muswellbrook. You’ll provide administrative support to the branch leadership team and enjoy a variety of other tasks.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Provide general administrative support to branch leadership and other departments within the branch
- Supporting the payroll function for the branch
- Supporting databases and transferring data between platforms
- Front desk support - greeting customers and assisting with enquiries
- Reporting and document collation
- Creating purchase orders and work orders
- Promoting Cummins products, services and embracing safety as a value, where safety is paramount for oneself and all team members
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Demonstrated experience in previous administration roles
- High level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting programs are a bonus
- Positive, upbeat attitude
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- The ability to prioritise conflicting tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Assist in other general service administration tasks as required
