We’re hiring a hands-on Assistant Store Manager to support the day-to-day running of our Miranda store.
This is an active leadership role. You’ll be on the floor, working with your team, driving standards, and keeping the store running properly.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead from the floor and support daily store operations
- Work stock and execute core processes with the team
- Maintain standards across presentation, stock flow, and service
- Support team performance, coaching, and development
- Assist with sales, wages, and overall store performance
What we’re looking for
- Retail leadership experience (Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or similar)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Looking to step into a Store Manager role in the future
- Strong focus on standards, organisation, and execution
- Confidence supporting team performance and development
- Team-first mindset with a practical approach
