We're looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst who loves turning business challenges into smart technology solutions. Working within our Project Management Office, you'll work at the intersection of business and IT, partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver projects that make a genuine difference.
This isn't a role for someone who just documents requirements. We're after someone who uncovers opportunities and can help shape the future of our technology landscape.

Your broader responsibilities will include:

Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, with alignment to the overall IT strategic architecture.

Create functional specifications ensuring they meet business requirements and project objectives.

Author and update internal and external documentation relating to assigned projects.

Support business case development, solution evaluation and technology selection.

As appropriate, undertake project planning activities (scope, timeline, milestones), developing project scopes and objectives.

Champion best practice business analysis and continuous improvement.
The individual
You'll be an experienced Senior BA who combines strong analytical thinking with exceptional communication skills. Ideally, you'll have:

5+ years' experience as an IT Business Analyst delivering complex technology projects.

Stronge stakeholder management skills across both technology and business

Excellent communication, workshop facilitation and problem-solving skills

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines across multiple workstreams

Experience independently managing simple projects with oversight

The ability to simplify complex business problems and translate them into practical solutions.

Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Jira and Wrike (or similar)
Bonus points if you have Business Analysis certification (IIBA, CBAP,CCBA or equivalent) and experience in change management.
