Chinese Fast Food Restaurant – Store Manager Recruitment (Mandarin & English Speaking)
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily operation and management of the store, ensuring food quality, service standards, and hygiene meet company requirements
- Achieve store business targets including revenue, cost control, and profit
- Manage store staff, including rostering, training, performance evaluation, and motivation
- Oversee ingredient purchasing, inventory, and wastage control to manage costs effectively
- Supervise food safety procedures and operational standards, ensuring hygiene compliance
- Handle customer complaints and emergency situations to improve customer satisfaction
- Implement company policies, promotions, and operational strategies from head office
- Submit regular store operation and performance reports
Job Requirements
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
- Minimum 1 year of management experience in Chinese cuisine or fast-food restaurants
- Familiar with Chinese fast-food operations, cost control, and staff management
- Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability; able to work under pressure
- Good leadership and coordination skills; capable of leading and managing a team
- Experience with chain restaurant brands is preferred
Other Requirements
- Must hold a valid work visa
- Live near the store location or have own transport (able to drive)
