Communications Team, Enterprise Enablement and Strategic Services Division, SIRA
- Clerk Grade 7/8, salary range $113,574 to $125,720 + super

Temporary - 3 days/week Part Time Opportunity until 31 December 2026.
In this 3-day per week role (actual days of week to be worked are fixed with availability to work on Wednesday ,Thursday and Friday - non negotiable) you will job-share with an experienced internal communications advisor who works 3 days per week.
You will be joining a small, high performing internal communications stream and will help with the delivery of consistent, reliable and clear internal communications at SIRA including:

Support content development for the monthly SIRA Town Hall and assist the team with on-day production of the Town Hall

Support delivery of the monthly SIRA CE Drop-in session

Support the development and send of all-staff communications as required

Support the SIRA annual staff recognition program, the SIRA Awards, with communications and event support.

Support ad-hoc internal communication projects.

Prior internal communication or events experience along with a can-do attitude will be highly regarded. A working knowledge of the Marketing Cloud communications platform, or ability to learn a content management system easily, would be advantageous.
