We're looking for a Stock & Quality Assistant to join our team, supporting our Product Delivery Manager with inventory and quality management. Top lighting designers, architects, theatres, broadcast studios, musicians and many other industry professionals trust our revolutionary lighting control equipment and software worldwide.
What you'll be doing

- Handling receiving discrepancies (shortages, damage, incorrect parts) and raising non-conformance reports (NCRs) where needed

- Helping maintain accurate inventory records in ERPAG and supporting our KANBAN system
Quality:
- Recording, tracking and helping resolve non-conformance reports (NCRs)
- Carrying out incoming goods and in-process quality checks against ENTTEC's quality standards
- Managing non-conforming stock — quarantine, segregation and disposition
- Sending maintenance schedule notifications to the production team via e-QMS
- Supporting continuous improvement and keeping e-QMS records up to date
Production support:
- Assisting with assembly or quality control when time allows, and other related duties as needed
What we're looking for
- Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
- Background in warehouse or stock management
- Comfortable counting and calculating inventory numbers
- Experience with quality inspection processes and handling non-conformances
- Demonstrable experience in administration or stock documentation
- High attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, organised, and able to prioritise and work unsupervised
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of computer literacy, including the MS Office suite
Nice to have:
- Experience in quality control or with a quality management system (QMS) in a manufacturing setting
- Awareness of ISO 9001 or equivalent quality/safety standards
- Experience in a manufacturing and/or electronics environment
