As our Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our retail warehouse by:

Leading and developing a high-performing warehouse team.
- Managing inventory accuracy, stock movements and stock replenishment.
- Overseeing Click & Collect, order picking, packing and dispatch.
- Driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring warehouse safety, compliance and operational standards are maintained.
- Monitoring KPIs and implementing actions to improve team performance.
- Managing rostering in line with operational and trading demands.
- Working closely with the Retail Business Manager, Sales Manager and Store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Supporting merchandising standards and ensuring stock availability.
- Previous leadership experience in warehouse, retail operations or supply chain.
- Strong inventory and stock management experience.
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach and develop others.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A focus on continuous improvement, safety and customer service.
