About the Role
You'll work across our premium Vacate, Move-In and Pre-Sale Cleaning services throughout Melbourne's Eastern and South Eastern suburbs.
Every day is different, with properties ranging from modern apartments to large family homes preparing for sale or handover. As you become familiar with our systems and standards, you'll progressively take responsibility for leading jobs onsite, communicating with clients where required, and ensuring every property is completed to ExitMaid's exceptionally high standards.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about detailed cleaning, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys delivering results that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete premium Vacate, Move-In and Pre-Sale Cleaning services
- Deliver every property to our professional inspection-ready standard
- Lead cleaning jobs independently once fully trained
- Complete photographic completion reports using your smartphone
- Prepare digital cleaning reports and documentation
- Identify presentation or maintenance issues that should be brought to the client's attention
- Work collaboratively with other team members
- Represent ExitMaid professionally with clients, vendors, tenants and property managers
- Maintain our reputation for exceptional quality and attention to detail
About You
We're seeking someone with proven experience in professional vacate cleaning who understands the presentation standards expected by property managers and real estate agents.
You don't just clean—you take genuine pride in achieving exceptional results.
You're the type of person who notices the fingerprints others miss, checks behind doors without being asked, and isn't satisfied until every room is ready for inspection. If you believe every detail matters, you'll fit right in with our team.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience completing professional end-of-lease/vacate cleaning
- Sound knowledge of agent and bond return cleaning standards
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Flexible availability between 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Saturday
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Comfortable using smartphones and technology to complete photos, reports and checklists
- Able to work independently and make confident decisions onsite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit and capable of completing demanding cleaning work
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience completing Pre-Sale Cleaning services
- Carpet steam cleaning experience
- Experience leading small teams
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
