Erics Community Services are seeking experienced, compassionate, and driven HR and Recruitment Coordinator to join our Bendigo team.
Your Duties may Include (but not limited to)
- Leading the recruitment process from start to finish—posting roles, chatting with candidates, and helping us hire the right people
- Working closely with management to understand recruitment needs
- Creating a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new starters
- Supporting day-to-day HR tasks and helping maintain a positive workplace culture
- Assisting with policies, employee questions, and general HR support
- Helping us improve how we attract and retain great people

- Experience in HR and recruitment
- A people-first mindset and great communication skills
- Someone who’s organised, adaptable, and enjoys a bit of variety in their day
- Confidence working with different stakeholders across the business
- A proactive attitude and willingness to jump in and help where needed

About You:
- We require all our team members to be reliable, committed, and empathetic individuals who ensure quality in all they do.
- Qualification in Human Resources or Similar
- NDIS Worker Screening check required
- NDIS orientation and induction modules
- Australian Driving license
- Right to work in Australia
- Reliable car
- Able to commence work as soon as possible
Job Type: Casual, Part-Time hours.
- Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
