About the Role
Join our Neuroscience and Rehabilitation team in a varied admin role where no two days are the same. You’ll manage patient admin tasks, maintain accurate records, support multidisciplinary teams and help create a welcoming experience for patients and visitors.
- Support ward, reception and secretarial services
- Manage patient records, data entry and filing
- Welcome patients, families and visitors with care
- Liaise with medical, nursing and allied health teams
- Maintain smooth daily admin and clerical support
About You
You’re an organised and approachable admin professional who enjoys supporting busy healthcare teams. With strong communication skills and a calm, flexible approach, you’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly while delivering excellent service to patients and staff.
- Deliver high quality customer service with confidence
- Manage admin tasks with accuracy and discretion
- Use Microsoft Office and database systems confidently
- Prioritise workloads and work well with minimal support
- Build strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams
