As a Inspection & Condition Monitoring Engineer you shall be responsible for Management of Condition Monitoring System (CMS), Non-Destructive Examination, & Asset Integrity Management for various rotary & static equipment in a urea-ammonia manufacturing plant. The Senior Mechanical Engineer shall lead and contribute to ensuring the reliable performance of various equipment, such as Compressors, Pumps, Turbines, Gearboxes, Blowers, Material Handling equipment, Reactors, WHB, HRSGs, Dryers etc., by utilizing condition-based techniques, NDE techniques, Asset management strategies and support the efficient and safe operation of the plant
Education/ Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
· Additional certifications in Condition Monitoring, Non-Destructive Examination (e.g., NDT Level II/III), Asset Integrity Management (e.g., CMRP), or Maintenance Planning & Scheduling are highly desirable.
· At least 8-12 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong background in condition monitoring, non-destructive testing, asset integrity management, and maintenance planning in an industrial environment, preferably in a fertilizer, chemical, or petrochemical plant.
· Extensive experience in managing Condition Monitoring Systems (CMS), implementing NDE techniques, and leading Asset Integrity Management (AIM) programs for critical equipment.
·Proven track record in developing and executing maintenance plans, utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to manage and schedule maintenance activities.
· Experience with reliability-centred maintenance (RCM) and root cause failure analysis (RCFA) for mechanical assets.
