As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading the overall operations of the service while creating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
You will:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators to achieve their best
- Drive a high-performing and positive centre culture
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local community
- Ensure the service consistently meets compliance and operational requirements
- Support educators to achieve quality outcomes aligned with the National Quality Framework
- Use your commercial and marketing skills to grow occupancy and enhance centre performance
- Champion child safety and wellbeing in all aspects of centre operations
- Deliver exceptional family experiences and maintain high levels of engagement
We are looking for an experienced leader who is passionate about people, quality, and creating positive outcomes.
You'll have:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Centre Manager or in a senior leadership role within early education
- Current Working with Children Check
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation
- Proven ability to lead teams, build culture, and develop talent
- Experience managing centre performance, occupancy growth, and compliance standards
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and inspiring others
