I am looking for a physiotherapist (new graduates welcome!) to join the team at In Balance Healthcare. This is a beautiful, 6 room, multi-disciplinary clinic located in the bustling heart of Greensborough’s shopping district. The clinic has an on-site rehabilitation gym space and 2 pilates reformers to offer clinical pilates.
About the role:
- Weekly mentoring/professional development
- Experience both 1-on-1 appointments and small group rehab gym work
- Flexible hours
- Learn skilled hands-on care including articulation/mobilisation, soft tissue, manipulation/HVLA, dry needling and more!
- Learn evidence-based rehabilitation, particularly in the sports and surgical realms
- Work with a great team of like-minded professionals
Days/hours:
- Days and hours are negotiable however we're looking for a part-time physiotherapist covering approximately 3 days per week

Remuneration:
- Job type: Subcontract - You will start at 50% of all patient fees and 10% commission on all products sold (this includes super)
- Your percentage of patient fees will increase by 1% per year for 5 years until you reach 55%
- Further progression up to a maximum of 60% is possible with negotiation of additional responsibilities
- Potential hourly rate: $112 per hour plus commission - earn what you're worth
