We're looking for a
Processing Coordinator to join our team at Pinetec. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting people, coordinating daily operations, and leading by example.
Working closely with the Production Manager, you'll help coordinate day-to-day production activities, support your team on the floor, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity remain front of mind. This is a hands-on role where you'll develop your leadership skills while making a real impact across the site.

In this role, you'll:
- Coordinate daily production activities to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
- Lead by example, promoting a strong safety-first culture where everyone goes home safely.
- Support and mentor team members, providing guidance, training, and day-to-day direction.
- Work alongside the Production Manager to improve productivity, quality, and workflow.
- Maintain a visible presence on the production floor, assisting the team and resolving issues as they arise.
- Complete and oversee routine machine and forklift safety checks.
- Monitor machinery performance and stock levels to minimise downtime.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across the site.
- Build your leadership capability through cross-training and increased operational responsibility.
About You
You're someone who's ready to take the next step in your career. You enjoy working with people, solving problems, and helping teams succeed while remaining hands-on in the operation.
You'll bring:
- Experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing, or a similar industrial environment.
- Previous experience coordinating a team, acting as a leading hand, team leader, or mentor
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine commitment to workplace safety.
- The ability to motivate others and build positive working relationships.
- A Forklift Licence (essential).
- An HR Licence (desirable but not essential).
- An interest in machinery, manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
