Location: Girdlers Café – Warringah Mall
At Girdlers Café, we’re passionate about serving healthy, honest food in a welcoming and fast-paced environment. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Front of House Team Member to join our team. Barista experience is preferred but not essential—we’re happy to train the right person with a great attitude.
About the Role
As a member of our front of house team, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience for every customer. You’ll work in a busy café environment where teamwork, efficiency and excellent customer service are valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately.
- Delivering food and drinks to tables.
- Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables.
- Preparing coffee and other beverages (barista experience preferred).
- Processing customer payments.
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the café.
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front of house team to ensure smooth service.
About You

- Works well in a fast-paced environment.
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Can remain calm under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Has barista experience (preferred but not required).
