About the role:
Our Senior's division is seeing amazing growth, and we are looking for people with qualifications in Individual support and experience who can take on short shifts to assist with personal care, domestic work and community access.
Location: Northern Beaches area
Classification: Casual
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: From 9am to 5pm
Rate: SCHADS Award (Home Care) Level 3 and the KMs are reimburse for travel incurred between client homes.
About you:
- Current unrestricted NSW driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.
- Cert III Individual Support (Ageing)
- Experience assisting clients with dementia
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Ability to travel, Km’s paid on travel between clients.
What your days will look like:
- Implement individual care plans to help participants reach their goals.
- Assisting with personal care, domestic assistance and community access.
- Help with community participation and foster meaningful social interactions.
- Know participants' profiles what they can and cannot do and always being aware of the unknown.
- Interact positively with participants, families, carers, stakeholders, and team members.
