What's on Offer
- Salary of $105,000 to $115,000 + super, aligned with experience and billable expectations, providing clear earning potential and transparency
- Dedicated admin team allowing you to focus on your clinical load and minimise burnout
- Manage approximately 6 billables per day across 4 to 5 client sessions plus report writing, assessments and case management, creating a sustainable and varied workload
- Predominantly paediatric caseload with adult presentations available, allowing broader clinical exposure while maintaining your preferred area of interest
- Tailored professional development and upcoming EMDR training, helping you strengthen specialist skills and accelerate professional growth
- Full-time preferred with part-time considered, providing flexibility while remaining connected to a highly engaged team
About the Practice
- Established private practice with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality psychological and allied health services
- Multidisciplinary team including Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Support Workers, creating opportunities for collaboration and shared learning
- Broad mix of therapy and assessment work including ADHD assessments, ASD assessments, cognitive assessments and psychometric testing across the lifespan
- Extensive assessment resources including ADOS, MIGDAS, Weschler Memory Scales and other cognitive assessment tools, supporting the development of advanced assessment competencies

Requirements
- General or Clinical Registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist
- Interest in working with children, adolescents and neurodevelopmental presentations
- Passion for both therapeutic intervention and psychological assessments, with a willingness to continue developing assessment skills
