The Role:
MCA Engineering is seeking a qualified Boilermaker to join our team in a full-time role based in Parkes. This hands-on position involves the fabrication, assembly, repair and maintenance of mine site equipment within our workshop.
Responsibilities:

Fabrication and assembly of mine site equipment, metal components and structures
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and specifications
- Carry out repairs and maintenance on plant, equipment and structural assets
- Identify defects and implement appropriate repair solutions
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Work collaboratively with the workshop team to meet production deadlines
About You:
- Cert III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade
- Current drivers licence and white card
- Experience in fabrication and repair of heavy equipment or mining equipment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Are available to go to a mine site when required.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol testing.
