The Opportunity

Reporting to a People & Culture Business Partner, you'll support leaders to navigate the moments that matter; From coaching through complex employee relations matters to building the confidence and capability needed to lead high-performing, engaged teams. Your advice won't just mitigate risk; it will enable better leadership, stronger team performance and exceptional employee experiences across our iconic brands.
This is a true advisor role where you'll influence outcomes, challenge thinking, and empower managers to lead with confidence. Alongside providing expert guidance on people matters, you'll contribute to strategic P&C initiatives that strengthen our culture, enhance engagement, and ensure our people practices support both commercial success and long-term organisational growth.

Key duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, including case management, complaint resolution, and compliance with legislation;
Interpret and apply industrial instruments, the Fair Work Act, and other employment legislation;
Coach and empower line managers to handle employee performance, grievances, and complex ER cases confidently;
Lead initiatives in performance development, training programs, and succession planning;
Collect and interpret HR metrics and data insights to inform decision-making;
Support the rollout and optimisation of HR systems, policies, and processes;
Drive culture and engagement initiatives that enhance employee well-being and retention;
Partner with P&C Business Partners to implement P&C strategies deliver seamless business outcomes.
About You
You're an emerging HR professional ready to take the next step in your career and build your capability in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment. With experience in a generalist HR role, you have a sound understanding of employment relations, the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards and Modern Awards, and enjoy partnering with leaders to navigate people challenges with confidence. You're organised, resilient and solutions-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across the business. Comfortable working with data and balancing competing priorities, you're passionate about developing leaders, creating positive employee experiences and continuously growing your own capability. Most importantly, you bring a proactive mindset, genuine integrity, and a passion for helping people and teams perform at their best.
To be successful in this role you have:
Essential
Demonstrated experience in employee relations case management, including investigations and conflict resolution;
Comprehensive understanding of the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, and Modern Awards;
Proven ability to coach and influence managers with confidence and credibility;
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an eye for detail;
Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Suite, including intermediate Excel skills;
A proactive, self-motivated approach and a solutions-oriented mindset;
Resilience, adaptability, and confidence to work autonomously.
Desirable
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline;
Experience with Workday
Passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
