We’re looking for a Performance Lead to join our Marketing Team on a 12-month maternity leave contract, continuing to drive our performance strategy.
This is a senior role for a commercially minded marketer who knows how to turn data, digital, creativity and strategy into measurable growth.
You'll lead our Performance Team, providing strategic direction and oversight across our paid digital activity, and our organic social and aggregate platform activity.
Working closely with our Head of Marketing and stakeholders across the business, you'll lead strategies that drive occupancy, recruitment, revenue and engagement across our national Centre network.
No two days look the same, but in this role you’ll:
Lead and elevate our Performance Team, providing strategic direction, coaching and support.
Design, lead and manage integrated campaigns across occupancy, recruitment, brand and customer growth.
Develop data-driven strategies to identify Centre growth opportunities and determine where marketing investment can have the greatest impact.
Set the strategy for digital performance across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Set the strategy for organic social and aggregate platforms, ensuring activity is aligned to broader campaign, brand and business objectives.
Use GA4, Google Ads, Meta, Google Tag Manager, SEO and other performance tools to uncover insights, optimise campaigns and improve conversion and when to get hands-on alongside your team. You’ll bring energy, curiosity, accountability, and be comfortable operating in a face-paced environment where priorities move, expectations are high and results matter.
Proven experience developing and delivering integrated, data-driven marketing strategies.
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, and how paid digital contributes to broader marketing performance.
Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEO, analytics, tracking and conversion optimisation.
Strong working knowledge across Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot and WordPress.
Experience across Storypark, SEMrush, Eventbrite highly regarded.
Experience managing budgets and making investment decisions based on performance and ROI.
Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to connect marketing activity to real business outcomes.
Exceptional analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A strong understanding of customer journeys, lead generation and conversion.
A willingness to travel occasionally across Australia for events and Centre activity.
The flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends when required for events.
A relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a similar discipline would be great, but we're much more interested in what you can do, how you think and the results you've delivered.

Partner across the wider Marketing Team to bring together performance, content, creative, campaigns, communications, events and organic activity into cohesive, effective customer experiences.
Support the development and amplification of content across websites, social, EDM, SMS, Storypark and third-party platforms.
Help shape lead generation, lead nurturing and conversion programs across the customer journey.
Coordinate and deliver approved events including Open Days, and professional learning events, with a strong focus on outcomes and reporting.
Contribute to Green Leaves' storytelling through blogs, media releases, Centre stories and other content.
Continuously look for smarter, better and more effective ways to do things.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who can comfortably move between the big picture and the detail. Ideally, you'll have:
7+ years' experience in marketing, digital, performance or a similar role.
