We are looking for a high energy, ambitious Summits & Events Coordinator to manage the end to end delivery of exceptional experiences before, during, and after every event.
The Role at a Glance
Based in our active Barangaroo office with a flexible hybrid model, you will manage the fine details that make our leadership summits, workshops, and virtual events successful.
This role is perfect for a logistics mastermind who loves variety. It includes regular interstate travel to deliver events onsite while staying at leading 5 star hotels across Australia.
You will oversee everything from physical venue operations to premium post event attendee care and relationship management.
What You'll Do
Flawless Coordination: Manage summits, conferences, and virtual events from initial preparation to onsite execution.
Logistics & Operations: Oversee venues, catering, AV arrangements, registrations, and event materials.
Speaker Liaison: Work directly with senior speakers to coordinate presentations and specific event requirements.
Attendee Relationship Care: Support attendees before, during, and after events, gathering feedback and guiding them through their ongoing learning journey.
Project Delivery & Problem Solving: Keep multiple deadlines on track and stay completely calm when solving logistical shifts on the fly.

Exceptional Organisation: Extreme attention to detail and the ability to spin multiple plates without losing momentum.
Polished Communication: The confidence to interact professionally with C suite executives and corporate clients.
A Solutions Mindset: Sound judgment and a calm, proactive approach to problem solving.
Flexibility: The energy and willingness to travel regularly across Australia.
Experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or admin is a bonus, but not essential. We hire for attitude, drive, and capability.
