All Plan Management is seeking a results-driven
Business Development Manager to support strategic growth across Brisbane and QLD within the NDIS sector.
This opportunity is ideal for someone well-connected in the disability space who can build strong referral partnerships, drive new business, and position our Plan Management services as a provider of choice.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and expand market presence within the NDIS sector
- Build and maintain strong referral partnerships (Support Coordinators, providers, community stakeholders)
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of participants and strategic partnerships
- Represent the organisation at industry events, expos and community forums
- Identify emerging market trends and growth opportunities
- Monitor performance against KPIs and maintain accurate CRM data
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless participant experience
About You
- Demonstrated business development experience within the NDIS or disability sector
- Strong understanding of NDIS frameworks and best practice
- Proven ability in lead generation, conversion and relationship management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly organised, proactive and outcomes-driven
- Willingness to travel within Queensland and interstate as required
