If you know enteral feeding, you’ll know this isn’t a “nice to have” clinical space it’s essential care.
We’re looking for a strong Territory Manager to take ownership of a NSW territory focused on nutrition systems and enteral feeding solutions used across hospitals, aged care, and community settings.
This is a role for someone who actually likes being out in the field, building proper clinical relationships, and backing clinicians with solutions that genuinely impact patient recovery and quality of life.

- Driving sales across enteral feeding and nutrition systems within your territory
- Building and maintaining relationships with dietitians, nurses, ICU, ICU outreach teams, and procurement
- Supporting product adoption through education, training, and in-servicing
- Managing hospital tenders, pricing conversations, and contract negotiations
- Working closely with clinical specialists and internal teams to ensure patient-focused outcomes
- Growing usage across both established accounts and under-penetrated sites

- Strong understanding or exposure to nutrition systems / enteral feeding / ICU or ward-based nutrition support
- Confident working in complex hospital environments and navigating clinical stakeholders
- A proper relationship builder — not just transactional sales
- Comfortable with territory planning, pipeline management, and hitting targets independently
- Resilient, proactive, and genuinely motivated by patient impact
Nice to have
- Experience in critical care, gastro, ICU, or dietetics-adjacent product lines
- Existing hospital relationships across NSW
- Exposure to consumables, capital + recurring revenue models
Why this role hits differently You’re not pushing a “nice-to-have” product here — you’re supporting essential clinical nutrition pathways for patients who genuinely rely on it. It’s a tight-knit space, high trust, and very relationship-led.
Strong territory. Established base. Real growth opportunity for someone who knows how to open doors and keep them open.
If enteral feeding is your world (or close to it) and you want a role where your work actually shows up in patient outcomes, this is worth a look
