This role is ideal for someone who has demonstrated experience working in an Agile testing environment. You’ll also need strong capabilities in data validation and back-end testing using SQL. We’re looking for the following:
5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing within the financial services or fintech domains, including banking, investments, superannuation, payments, or trading systems.
A strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and QA best practices.
Experience delivering in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments.
Proven ability to analyse problems, evaluate options, and drive effective solutions.
Experience with test management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Xray, Zephyr, or similar.
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.
