About the Role
As a Production Operator, you will be part of a close-knit team processing Australia's premium wool for global markets. You'll begin by learning our packing and production processes before progressing to operating a range of specialised equipment.
Your responsibilities include:
- Processing and packing wool products
- Operating production equipment (training provided)
- Maintaining quality and safety standards
- Following production processes with attention to detail
- Working collaboratively to achieve team goals
Roster:
- Enjoy a structured 12-hour rotating roster that provides stability, consistency and a great work-life balance.
About You
- Has experience working shift work or rotating rosters
- Holds a current Forklift Licence with practical operating experience - desirable
- Is physically fit and enjoys hands-on work
- Is reliable, safety-focused and eager to learn
- Has unrestricted Australian working rights
