As a Senior Project Officer - Workforce, you'll play an important role in preparing people and services for the future. Experience delivering workforce, people-focused or organisational initiatives within a project or operational environment
Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage priorities and achieve outcomes in dynamic settings
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience preparing reports, briefings and recommendations
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have qualifications in project management, human resources, business or a related field and/or experience supporting large-scale service improvement, infrastructure or transformation programs.
