Myhome is looking for an experienced and motivated Inbound Tele Sales Professional to join our friendly and successful team in Hawthorn. Working Holiday Visa applicants encouraged to apply.
This is primarily an inbound sales role, speaking with customers who have already shown interest in our services. You'll be helping customers find the right solution, closing sales over the phone, or arranging appointments for our field consultants. There is some outbound calling, but only to pre-qualified leads and existing customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing inbound sales enquiries from prospective customers
- Converting enquiries into sales over the phone
- Booking appointments for our field team where appropriate
- Following up warm leads and existing customers
- Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience on every call
What We're Looking For
- Experience in tele sales or similar sales setting
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people
- High levels of integrity, professionalism and personal presentation
- Disciplined, motivated and self-managed
- Calm, controlled and resilient under pressure
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome to apply
