Group Hospitality Coordinator
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 am – 5:00 pm | Cairns
We're a growing hospitality group operating restaurants, motels, function venues and exciting new hospitality projects across North Queensland.
We're looking for an organised, proactive and energetic Group Hospitality Coordinator to support our expanding business. This is a diverse role where no two days are the same, working closely with senior management across multiple venues and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive emails and day-to-day administration
- Coordinate motel, restaurant and function enquiries
- Prepare quotes, contracts and event documentation
- Coordinate social media activities across the group
- Maintain Google Business Profiles and respond to online reviews
- Perform basic Xero reconciliations and administrative accounting tasks
- Maintain business trackers, reports and project schedules
- Coordinate trades, suppliers and operational projects
- Support venue managers with day-to-day administration
- Assist with general reservations and guest enquiries across the group
About You
You will ideally have:
- Previous administration, hospitality, motel or events experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with Xero (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, professional and positive attitude with strong attention to detail

- $65,000 + Super (depending on experience)
