Population and Community Health (PaCH) is part of South Eastern Sydney Local Health District.
PaCH provides community health services that give care to individuals, families and carers, as well as population health services that focus on the whole community or key groups within the community.
PaCH's services are provided at the District's hospitals, community-based facilities including child and family health centres, community health centres and specialist clinics. We work with other service providers across South Eastern Sydney Local Health District, including hospitals and mental health services.

What you'll be doing
The Scheduler Administration Intake Officer, Single Assessment System Program (SAS Program) is a pivotal administrative role directly supporting the operations and function of the Program under the direction of the Team Leader. The position is a customer focused contact role, responsible for the provision of high-level administrative functions that interface between aged care needs assessors and the My Aged Care Portal.
The position will directly interface with referring services, clients and other healthcare teams. The Schedule Administration Intake Officer, SAS Program is responsible for actioning and managing My Aged Care assessment referrals and needs reviews.

Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in providing high level administrative support in a frontline customer service and demanding environment.
- Demonstrated ability to write reports, documents and correspondence.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal and verbal communication skills and the ability to respond and work with a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated high level organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and monitor workflow.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of data systems and MS Office Suite, with an ability to learn new systems as required.
- Demonstrated capacity to be an effective member of a multidisciplinary team who can also work independently.
