Your 12-Month Development PathwayStage 1 (Months 1-3)Lead Generation & Foundations
You'll learn:
- Prospecting techniques
- Client engagement
- Database management
- Appointment setting
- CRM systems
- Property market fundamentals (Basic level)
Your primary focus will be generating and qualifying opportunities while building confidence communicating with prospective clients.
Stage 2 (Months 4-6)Discovery Session Training
As your knowledge develops, you'll begin learning:
- Client needs analysis
- Property strategy fundamentals
- Discovery session frameworks
- Investor education (Basic level)
- Presentation skills
You'll start assisting with consultations and gaining exposure to real client scenarios.
Stage 3 (Months 7-12)Property Consulting & Acquisitions Pathway
You'll progress into:
- Property research
- Market analysis
- Investment fundamentals
- Client strategy support
- Acquisitions team exposure
- Advanced sales and consulting skills
Successful team members may progress into and entry level role within our Property Acquisitions or Advisory Team upon completion of the program.
Career Progression is based on an individual meeting our stringent KPI requirements, the time frames are indicative and successful applicants may transition faster or slower depending on their skill level and effort.
This role is designed as the first step in a long-term property career.

We will also support suitable candidates in obtaining their Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice as part of their professional development pathway.
