We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EENs) to become part of our clinical team at the Coppin Centre Residential Aged Care Facility. In this part-time role, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the comfort, dignity, and wellbeing of our residents while being supported to grow and thrive in your career.
Your responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans and resident needs

Administer medications safely and accurately within scope of practice and organisational policies

Complete clinical assessments and maintain accurate documentation using ECase and other clinical systems

Monitor residents' health status and promptly report any changes to the Registered Nurse
-
Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of resident care plans
-
Deliver care in line with aged care standards, policies, and best-practice guidelines
-
Promote residents' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing
-
Work collaboratively with residents, families, Registered Nurses, and multidisciplinary team members to achieve positive care outcomes

Contribute to a safe, respectful, and person-centred care environment

Participate in ongoing learning, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Minimum 1 year experience as Enrolled Endorsed Nurse in aged care

Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
-
A current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Mandatory)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Preference will be given to candidates who are not currently undertaking further nursing studies and can commit to permanent shifts

Key Requirements:
-
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse

Experience supporting highcare and dementia residents
-
Skills in wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, and clinical assessments
-
Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
-
COVID19 and flu vaccinations encouraged
