About the Role
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Work collaboratively with the front and back-of-house teams
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in waitstaff and/or bartending roles
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Reliable, professional, and well-presented
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Current RSA (essential for bartending applicants)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
