Bli Bli Watersports – Sunshine Coast
Casual | Approximately 20–30 hours per week
We are looking for a friendly, organised and tech-savvy Bookings & Customer Experience Coordinator to join the team at Bli Bli Watersports.
This is a varied customer service and administration role with a strong focus on helping coordinate bookings and enquiries across our Aqua Park, Wake Park and Barra Fishing Park.
We are looking for someone who is great with people, has strong attention to detail and is a quick learner when it comes to technology and new systems.
About the Role
A key part of the role will be assisting with school groups, sporting clubs, community groups, birthday parties and other group bookings, helping customers with the information they need to organise their visit.
You will also assist with general customer enquiries and booking administration, working as part of the Bli Bli Watersports team to help provide a smooth and friendly experience for our customers.
What You Will Be Doing
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone
- Assisting with group, school and birthday party bookings
- Providing customers with information about our activities and booking options
- Using our online booking and administration systems
- Assisting with general booking and customer service administration
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Tech savvy and confident learning new software and systems
- A quick learner who picks up new processes easily
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Friendly and confident communicating with customers
- A strong written communicator
- Comfortable communicating over email and phone
- Able to juggle multiple enquiries and tasks
- Reliable and a good team player
Previous experience in customer service, bookings, administration, tourism, hospitality or a similar role would be highly regarded. Full training on our systems will be provided.
