As a Residential Housekeeping Partner, you’ll help create a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for residents at Graceford. Your day will include cleaning resident rooms, freshening communal areas, completing laundry tasks, restocking supplies and supporting residents with simple household routines that help them feel involved and at home.
You’ll work closely with the care team to maintain safe infection‑control practices, use equipment correctly, and notice when residents may need extra support or attention. This role is hands‑on, practical and meaningful — every task contributes to residents feeling safe, respected and cared for.

You will have:
Previous experience with food handling, cleaning and chemical use
Ability to manage a busy, physically demanding workload
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Genuine empathy and enjoyment of working with older people
Team‑focused, customer‑centric approach
Understanding of Occupational Safety and Health principles
Alignment with BaptistCare values and Love to See behaviours
Previous experience in a similar role (highly regarded)
