About the role
You’ll play a key role in supporting a busy, high-performing team—learning the ins and outs of property and business operations along the way.
Administration
Assist with day-to-day admin supporting property transactions from start to finish
Help prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
Assist in managing schedules, meetings, travel, and expenses for the team
Help maintain accurate records and update systems such as Salesforce
Support financial admin tasks like invoicing and tracking
Marketing
Help create professional presentations, proposals, and client materials
Assist with marketing campaigns for property listings
Coordinate with suppliers (e.g. photography, signage, digital ads)
Support the development of marketing collateral across online and offline channels
Work with internal teams to bring campaigns to life
About You
We’re looking for potential, attitude, and willingness to learn.
A recent graduate or experience in a related junior administration role
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
A confident communicator (written and verbal)
Comfortable using Microsoft Office or willing to learn quickly
Proactive, curious, and eager to build a career
A team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
