About the role
Working within the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Unit, you will provide leadership in workforce education, capability development and professional growth for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workforce. You will lead education and development initiatives for Health Practitioners, Health Workers, Hospital Liaison Officers, trainees and students, while championing culturally safe practice and workforce excellence. In collaboration with key stakeholders, you will support continuous learning, strengthen workforce capability and contribute to improved health outcomes across Torres and Cape.

Competitive salary of $131,892 - $146,314 per annum
Employer superannuation contribution of 12.75%.
