As the Field Training Executive - NSW, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our store teams by delivering engaging training experiences, inspiring confidence and coaching our Beauty Advisors and leaders to perform at their very best.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail trainer who thrives in both the classroom and on the shop floor. You'll design and deliver impactful learning experiences, partner closely with District Managers, Store Leaders, and Brand Partners and use your coaching expertise to build capability, elevate the customer experience and drive commercial results.

Delivering dynamic and engaging classroom, virtual, and in-store training that inspires confidence and drives performance.

Coaching Beauty Advisors and Store Leaders on the shop floor to embed learning and create lasting behavioural change.

Building strong relationships with Brand Partners to deliver exceptional product education and training experiences.

Identifying development opportunities and creating tailored coaching plans that unlock individual and team potential.

Using sales results and KPIs to identify capability gaps and measure the impact of learning initiatives.

Bringing Sephora's skincare, makeup, and fragrance categories to life through engaging product education.

Influencing and collaborating with leaders across the business to champion a culture of continuous learning.

Tracking learning engagement and maintaining accurate training records through LMS reporting and coaching documentation.

Supporting the recruitment of specialist roles by assessing practical skills and product knowledge.

Coordinating e-learning plans and ensuring learning remains engaging, relevant, and accessible.

Delivering leadership and soft skills workshops that empower managers to build high-performing teams.
We would love to hear from you if you have:

Proven experience delivering training, coaching, or facilitating learning in a retail environment (essential).

Demonstrated success engaging adult learners through classroom facilitation, virtual training, and one-on-one coaching.

Previous experience designing or adapting learning content and training materials (highly regarded).

Strong retail experience with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Beauty industry knowledge across skincare, makeup, or fragrance, with basic makeup application skills.

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly regarded).

Retail, skincare, makeup, or fragrance qualifications (highly desirable).

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Flexibility to travel across NSW and interstate when required to support business training needs.
