As we continue one of the most exciting periods in our brand's journey, we're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join us on a 3-month fixed-term contract and help bring our biggest campaigns and brand initiatives to life.
Working alongside a passionate team, trusted agency partners and our Founder, you'll play a key role in delivering bold marketing campaigns, exciting product launches and unforgettable customer experiences that champion flavour in everything we do.

What you'll be working on:
Over the next three months, you'll support the delivery of several key marketing priorities, including:

Campaign delivery four major NPD launches

Delivery support (evaluating ads and offer proposals)

Local Area Marketing support (as needed)

Support implementation of brand platform
What you'll be doing:

Lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, print, in-restaurant and owned channels.

Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital and external agency partners to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly.

Brief and manage creative, media, production and digital agencies from concept through to execution.

Support new product launches, promotional campaigns and restaurant activations that bring Por El Sabor to life.

Review campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to optimise future activity.

Ensure all marketing materials consistently reflect the Mad Mex brand and our Por El Sabor positioning across every customer touchpoint.

Support Local Area Marketing initiatives and restaurant marketing activities as required.

Assist with implementing new brand assets across restaurants and digital platforms.
About you
You're an experienced marketer who loves delivering great work and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves. You enjoy collaborating with others, managing multiple priorities and bringing campaigns to life from concept through to launch.
You'll bring:

7+ years' experience in Brand or Marketing Management.

Experience within QSR, FMCG, retail or another fast-paced consumer brand.

Proven success delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Strong project management and organisational skills.

Experience managing creative, media and digital agency partners.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

A commercial mindset with a strong understanding of how marketing drives sales and brand growth.

A great creative eye and attention to detail.

A passion for food, hospitality and building brands customers love.
