Whether you're an experienced Disability Support Worker or looking for a role where you can make a real difference, this is your opportunity to support a 26-year-old client in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Mount Barker, SA.
The client is transitioning to greater independence after recently moving out of home and thrives on routine, consistency, and an active lifestyle. You'll support them with daily routines, skill development, and community participation, helping them build confidence and achieve their goals. Every shift is an opportunity to create meaningful change while being supported by a team that wants you to succeed.
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and within SIL environments
- Has experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours and implementing behaviour support strategies
- Is willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening clearance
- Has full working rights in Australia
- Holds a valid P2 or Open driver’s licence and has access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Is willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
- Is open to completing required NDIS training modules
- Has strong communication, documentation, and basic computer skills
