Catering Project is seeking a casual Customer Service Agent to work with as part of the customer service team to assist in-bound client requests and orders.
The successful candidate will provide follow up support to our existing customer base relating to past orders whilst also encouraging repeat purchase through understanding Catering Project products and current market trends.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to inbound phone calls and emails relating to customer enquiries, including delivery updates, food preparation questions, and occasional customer complaints.
- Monitor and report on key metrics to provide insights into outbound marketing performance and overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for new products and service improvements based on customer feedback and frontline insights.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and support across all customer interactions.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage workloads effectively and achieve KPIs.
- Highly organised, proactive, and motivated to succeed.
- A genuine interest in hospitality and food services.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and positive attitude.
- Availability to work weekends and Mondays is essential.
