Rate: $41.94 - $47.28 (L1-L3) per hour including Tax and Super (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Educator to support a wonderful 6 year old child.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with, or a willingness to learn about, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety, ADHD, and Pathological Demand Avoidance.
A collaborative approach is essential, as the Educator will be expected to participate in therapy appointments and implement strategies that support the child's ongoing development and learning goals.
An ability to incorporate the child's interests into learning experiences would be highly valued. These interests include Lego, Minecraft, music, space, and board games.
By embedding these passions into educational activities, the Educator can help create an engaging and motivating learning environment. The child is homeschooled, the Educator will also assist with homework, and encourage independent skills, and nurture their self awareness and personal growth.
DRIVING REQUIRED
You must:
- Either be working towards or hold a Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care or other IHC relevant ACECQA approved qualifications e.g. Bachelor Primary Education and are registered with relevant state authority board.
- Provide at least 3 references.
- Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid
- Have a car & driver's licence
- Be willing to commit for at least 12 months
- Full working rights in Australia. (A range of visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay - for example: visa 190 or visa 186. Applicants with 417 & 462 visas need not apply.)
