We are looking for an experienced and highly capable IT, Systems & Business Support Manager to join our growing group of businesses in an on-site role.
This position will take ownership of our technology environment while also becoming heavily involved in systems, reporting, process improvement and broader business support.
We are not looking for a traditional IT help-desk person.
We need someone who can understand how an entire business operates, connect the systems behind it, identify inefficiencies and take ownership of making things work properly.

- Managing our overall IT environment
- Microsoft 365 administration

- User accounts, permissions and access controls
- Cyber security and system security
- Device and endpoint management
- Backups and disaster recovery
- Network, Wi-Fi and infrastructure management
- PBX and VoIP phone system management
- Website management
- Hosting, domains and DNS
- Website forms and integrations
- CRM and software integrations
- APIs, webhooks and workflow automation
- Troubleshooting issues between business platforms
- Managing software licences and subscriptions
- Working with external developers and software providers
- Maintaining system documentation
- Developing stronger internal processes and controls
Systems & Automation
A major component of this role will be improving how our systems communicate with each other.
We want someone who can look at a process and identify where technology can remove unnecessary administration.
This may include:
- Connecting different software platforms
- Building automated workflows
- Improving data movement between systems
- Automating reports
- Reducing duplicate data entry
- Building dashboards
- Improving document workflows
- Improving customer communication systems
- Reviewing and implementing AI tools
- Creating more efficient internal processes
Business Support & Reporting
This role will also sit closely with management and assist with broader business systems and reporting.
Depending on experience, this may include:
- Preparing and maintaining management reports
- Reviewing business data for accuracy
- Assisting with financial and operational reporting
- Maintaining internal dashboards
- Supporting accounts payable and receivable processes
- Assisting with reconciliations and administrative finance processes
- Maintaining internal systems and procedures
- Building reports for management
- Identifying operational issues through data
- Supporting staff with system training
- Creating and improving SOPs
- Ensuring information is being entered and managed correctly across systems
You do not necessarily need to be an accountant, however strong numerical skills and experience working with business reporting, finance systems or operational data would be highly regarded.
Platforms
Our businesses currently use a range of platforms including:
- Microsoft 365
- Teams
- SharePoint
- Simpro
- ServiceM8
- Xero
- Podium
- Pylon
- Website and hosting platforms
- PBX / VoIP systems
- CRM and customer communication platforms
- Online forms and portals
- Automation and integration tools
Experience with every platform is not required.
We are far more interested in someone who understands systems architecture and can quickly learn how different platforms work together.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have experience across a combination of:
- IT management
- Systems administration
- Microsoft 365
- Cyber security
- Networking
- Systems integrations
- APIs and webhooks
- Workflow automation
- Websites and hosting

The Type of Person We Want
We are looking for someone who sees an issue and takes ownership of it.
Someone who will walk into the business and say:
“Why are we doing this manually?”
“These two systems should be integrated.”
“There is a security risk here.”
“This report could be automated.”
“We can build this process better.”
You will need to be:
- Highly organised
- Technically capable
- Commercially minded
- Proactive
- Analytical
- Comfortable working autonomously
- Able to communicate technical information clearly
- Confident working directly with management
- Able to manage competing priorities across multiple businesses
- Comfortable being hands-on when required
Why This Role Is Different
This is an opportunity to become the internal owner of technology and systems across a growing group of businesses.
Rather than being brought in only when something breaks, you will be embedded within the business and have the opportunity to influence how our systems are structured as we continue to grow.
For the right person, this role has significant scope to develop into a broader:
Group IT, Systems & Automation Manager
or
Business Systems Manager
position.
Location & Hours
Full-time, on-site position based in Albury.
We are specifically looking for someone who wants to work inside the business and become part of the team rather than operating solely as an external IT provider.
Remuneration
A competitive salary will be negotiated based on experience and capability.
We are prepared to pay appropriately for someone who can genuinely take ownership of this function and bring strong technical and commercial capability to the business.
