- Certificate cook or hospitality or equivalent experience
- Experience cook and kitchen methods
- Ability to follow recipes and work independently under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety standards and workplace hygiene
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays if required
