Cafe All-Rounder
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Cafe All-Rounder to join our team. Providing warm, friendly and efficient customer service is an important part of this role.
Key responsibilities:
* Providing friendly and welcoming customer service
* Running food and drinks
* Clearing and cleaning tables
* Dishwashing and general café cleaning
* Assisting with general front-of-house duties
* Supporting the team during busier service periods
What we’re looking for:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a cafe, restaurant or hospitality environment
* Friendly, positive and confident when interacting with customers
* Good and consistent availability, including weekends
* Available to work throughout the Christmas holiday period from November to January
* Reliable, punctual and committed to attending rostered shifts consistently
* Good teamwork and communication skills
* Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment when required
* Kitchen or barista experience would be an advantage
* Willing to learn and take on different roles
Depending on your experience, skills and interests, there may be opportunities to further develop your skills and move into Barista or Kitchen roles in the future.
Additional shifts may also be available at our Canberra Outlet location for team members looking for more hours.
Pay: $26.44 – $39.66 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
