Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital – Theatres Department.
What you’ll be doing:
The Administration Officer Level 3 – Logistics (Theatres Department) provides efficient and effective administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth operation of theatre services.
You will:

Provide administrative support to nursing, medical, and perioperative teams

Coordinate and manage theatre stock, equipment, and supply processes

Assist with ordering, receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels
-
Provide accurate data entry, record management, and reporting
-
Liaise with clinical staff, supply services, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of consumables and equipment
-
Support efficient theatre operations through logistical coordination and administrative assistance
-
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support safe, high-quality patient care
-
Ensure compliance with NSW Health and NSLHD policies, procedures, and workplace standards
